
An experienced Chicago attorney, Jonathan Clark Green has a juris doctor from the Chicago-Kent College of Law at the Illinois Institute of Technology. Since he earned his degree, Jonathan Clark Green has returned many times to the academic arena to complete studies of several languages. During this time, he secured a master of laws in international and comparative law from the Georgetown University.
He has practiced with multiple Chicago law firms and worked extensively in the public sphere. He first served with the Office of the Illinois Attorney General’s Department of Government Representation, and he currently holds position with the Federal Civil Rights Litigation (FCRL) Division of the City of Chicago’s Department of Law.
Since he became a senior counsel and supervising attorney with the FCRL, Green has tried fourteen jury trials to verdict for the City in federal and state courts. He is also a certified arbitrator who has participated in numerous multiparty mediations and settlement conferences and negotiated and drafted settlement agreements in class action lawsuits, among other cases.
